CHEESE CLASS - 101 COST $25.00 PER PERSON Cash or Check only LOCATION: CHEESER'S PALACE CAFE 707 W. MONTROSE AVE IN DOWNTOWN CLERMONT This class is a basic class and a complete overview of cheese knowledge. You will need this class in order to take the other classes including the classes on making cheese. After completion of this course you will receive a certificate and a 15% Cheese Card. With this Cheese Card you will enjoy a 15% discount on all your future cheese purchases. Pick one of the dates to take the Cheese class 101: May 25th 6-8pm June 8th -5:30-7:30pm June 12th 4-6pm June 30th 3:30-5:30pm This class is a requirement in order to take other classes Email your questions to Carol.
